NOCO Drumming Up The Sun

Drumming Up the Sun has been happening at Red Rocks for decades.

For folks who don’t want to drive all the way into town in the dark, a smaller event happens at the same time at the Dixon Reservoir parking lot at Pineridge National Area. Folks gather about an hour before dawn to drum, “pushing the wheel of the year that last little bit”

This event has been happening for over 10 years. Smaller, more intimate, family vibe. There are often folks gathering afterwards for breakfast.
