NOW - what am i doing?

I lost my most recent IT job in May and I'm currently collecting unemployment while working part time as a security guard. My IT career started in September, 1981. 45 year has been a good run, I don't know if I'll be able to continue in that field given current circumstances and my age.

Currently trying to declutter, and failing nearly daily to make any headway.

Medicare looms, and I am considering retiring in the near future.

I have signed onto a project to bring RSS feeds back as an alternative to algorithmic dopamine-driven social media. See my blog post for details.

Working at Micron (contract) as a lab technician. I think I'm renewed for another year.
