Lemon Pie

• 1 c. sugar
• 1 ½ c. water
• ½ tsp. salt
• grated lemon rind
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ½ c flour
• 2 egg yolks

Mix together, cook till thick.

Pour into pie crust.
