‘severe obstructive sleep apnea’

in other words, I am about to be assimilated.. at least while i sleep. I’m supposed to be getting a CPAP machine soonish.

Anyone else out there got any anecdotal stuff about it? i keep hearing from ppl who have actually used the things that they sleep better, and life is good. I haven’t heard from anyone saying “hated it” that actually used it. How bout you?
